The WCOE – West Coast Leadership Conference is uniquely designed for women business owners and executive leaders’ positions within the construction industry. It provides a forum for women to learn, network, and share ideas.

The leadership conference provides educational panels, professional development, and networking for women seeking to advance their companies and careers in the construction industry. In addition to educational panels, female keynote speakers will share their unique insights as women in the construction industry. The conference is open to women in all fields and positions within the construction industry.

  • She Negotiates: The Power To Negotiating Effectively: Negotiation is at the heart of every deal that occurs in construction and business. However, women often feel they are not the strongest negotiators. This interactive workshop is designed to equip the attendees with the core negotiation skills required to manage and take control of a negotiation. We negotiate every day—this session will aim to help attendees formalize a plan and to put this plan into action in those negotiations. Topics include: how women negotiate; how they can better negotiate with other genders; how women are perceived; how women can use those perceptions in a negotiation; how to use skills that women possess to affect the best results in your negotiations.
